Built by people who still ship systems
Chilli Pepper Software is an independent practice in Malvern, United Kingdom. We design, build and secure production software — AI-first, ISO-aligned, and security-led.

Technology with purpose
The through-line is systems that have to survive contact with the real world. We have taken a product from an idea to international deployment, led architecture on a nationally important data platform, and worked inside cybersecurity delivery where architecture, assurance and operational risk meet.
In parallel we build applied AI products: inspectable architecture for AI-assisted software delivery, controlled language systems, and governed voice and agent platforms. That work is not a lab hobby. It is how we stay current on what AI-first development actually does to security, quality and governance.
Jamie Lawrence-Jenner is the founder: architect and hands-on engineer. Customer discovery, architecture, implementation, security and production are the same job, not a relay race of specialists who never meet.
